How to write
Email plgeneral@porchlantern.top. If you already know the app name, put it in the letter, name the screen, and say what help you need. Leave the password out.
Distinct from other letters
The same mailbox also receives porch and light questions. Put “App support” in the first line so the letter is not mixed with a porch note or a lantern mark.
Privacy
Support mail follows the privacy policy. Because no app is listed here, this page does not describe what an app collects.
